Millennium Auto Wash and Detail Center has been a fixture in Grand Rapids for 23 years. Zech Haarsma took over as owner in 2024, after working his way up in the shop for several years before that. He's spent time deep in the ceramic coating world specifically, which taught him a simple lesson: customers don't need to be sold on everything they might want. They need someone to tell them what they actually need. That's the standard the whole team works to now.
